    Default Weight loss stall

I was sleeved 6 weeks ago and haven't really lost anything for almost 2 weeks. The first 35 pounds just fell off and now nothing. My scale keeps showing I lose 2 and then I gain it back. The only difference is I am eating solid foods now but am still getting all of my protein and my total calories for the day are between 500-700. Does this sound normal to anyone?

Totally normal, happens to most all of us. Just keep following the program and you'll be fine. Promise. It may help to get rid of your scale for a while as it messes with your head. (Makes no sense to not lose when you are hardly eating anything).

So normal. I hit mine early. Around week 2 and I was devastated. I was sooooo convinced that someone I was a failure and the sleeve was not going to work for me. But....I totally nailed it. Just remember it is a process. Follow the rules and keep on moving. You got this!

Thanks everyone!! It's such a familiar feeling to start losing weight and then all of a sudden stop. It is very disappointing but glad to known it is normal
