I would imagine that patients that are post op wonder if their experiences are normal. So we tend to ask if others are experiencing things that are difficult or unexpected during this time. I know for myself almost 9 weeks out and am struggling with severe nausea still that is making me loose my mind, I wonder if others struggle with this as well or if there is something amiss with me.

Everyone is different and so is their journey. I have struggled post-op with GERD, stomach aches, and the mental aspect. I feel I am a slow loser and constantly comparing my weight loss to others. It's just one day at a time.
