I am having surgery Oct.16 and am scared it will not work for me. All my life, when I was able to keep weight off, I had to starve myself and speed walk, lift weights and use a rowing machine everyday =ing about an hour and half. I did it for years until I got married with kids and had to have food in the house. Anything over 700 cal a day and I gain weight. A 1200 cal a day diet makes me FAT. What if I go through all this and I am still fat at the end?
