👋 Hello

I am totally new to this whole topic and this site. I just want to say hello all. I am basically trying to soak up as much information as possible. I haven't even started the counseling process or nutrition education yet. I am excited to get this ball rolling. I am 5'4" and 240lbs with a 41 BMI. I am hopeful this will procedure will help me get to my healthy weight of 140lbs. Any advice is welcome and appreciated.

Personally having a sleeve was the single best decision I have made for myself. Don't regret it for a minute. Loving my new life.

Welcome Tonna! You can totally get to 140 with a sleeve. Just follow the rules and enjoy the ride. Reach out when you need support or advice.

Tonna, welcome! My highest weight was 240 as well, and I'm 5'4". I'm at 123 today, not quite a year out. And I feel great.
