Default Almost Onederland and a question.....

    Hello Fellow Sleevers!
It's been a while. I am still here, still working hard. I am almost 11 months out, one pound from onederland and I have a question.
I have my appetite back. it's been back for a while now. At 11 months is it my new "normal"? When did your appetite change and did it stay that way?
I'm not always hungry or anything like that. I just want to know what to expect or if my adjustments should be just about over. If this is it, I'll be relieved. Before surgery I could eat like there's no tomorrow. I now have a definite full and that is where I stop. Thank you all! Hope everyone is doing well on their journey!

    Hi Gege
I can certainly eat more than I could at the beginning but I am very careful to still track my food intake - both in a food diary and on an app on my phone. Not only do I like to keep track of what I am eating I also like to know when. I don't want to get into any bad habits with snacking.
I don't get hungry as such, probably because I try and keep my meals at regular times, but if I go too long without eating something I start to feel a little queasy. Once I have something to eat the feeling disappears. I've been eating the way I am at the moment for a couple of months and am still loosing a little but very slowly. I'm almost where I want to be so I'm ok with that. My trigger to stop eating is little hiccups :-)

Truthfully, if you continuously overeat you can require more food to feel full. And if you eat slider foods, you can eat considerably more. You have to continue to have good habits.
