    Hi

Wish you better! and congrats on your surgery.

The best tips are from so many wonderful people on this forum.

For me, the best thing ever was to be

    1) Organised in your day with everything pre-ready to hydrate you, the liquids that your Dr recommended to you.

    2) walk and stroll around as much as possible to get the gas moving out of your body

    3) Sleep and nap whenever you can - I did that for 6 weeks and I felt that this is what my body needed at that time.

    You will do great!

    Hi There

I hope your recovery is going to plan. Stick to your surgeons instructions, sip water (all the time!), walk as often as you can, nap when you feel like it, and above all be kind to yourself. You have just had surgery!

If you have any specific questions please just ask. Someone will be along to answer them.

    All the best.
