    Hi Kaykay.
This is most likely the dreaded 3 week stall....which seems to strike around the 2/3/4 week mark for most people. This is totally normal and while frustrating as long as you keep to the programme it will pass and you will start losing again. There are many posts on this subject. Search 3 week stall :-)
    All will be good!

Yup. Normal part of the sleeve process. Most people will stall between weeks 2-5 with the most common being week 3. It has it's own name and you can google 3 week stall. You just need to focus on trying to get in your protein and fluids. Remember that protein shakes count towards your fluid goals. Your biggest concern is to not get dehydrated. Dehydration can make you really sick and cause all sorts of issues. If you are eating too little that can affect you as well. Just eat a small bite, wait a bit and then have another small bite. I had to eat small amounts frequently in the beginning. Just keep following the rules and you will lose.

Yeah sounds like the 3 week stall. Annoying but it does pass! Why are you on such a schedule to get down to 199? Im curious :-)

Having just been through this last week, I concur. It is the dreaded three week stall. I went through it myself, having had surgery on the 28 of August. I weighed in last week and I saw not a movement. So I said let me not get discouraged, and I weighed myself again this Tuesday. Down Two Pounds! So happy!

It will pass. Just keep up with the fluids. That's really important.

Do you have acid reflux? Could the vitamins be bothering your stomach? That happens to a lot of people.

    Take Care, and welcome!!!
