I feel like I have lost nothing?

I am on my pre-op diet at the moment I'm a week in and 2 weeks to go and I feel like I haven't lost anything? I can't even weigh myself as the scale I have does not ready above 130kg.

my meal plan everyday consists of:

Breakfast: Protein Shake
Snack: Carrots
Lunch: Chicken Broth or carrots + Hmmous
Snack: Celery
dinner: Protien Shake

I notice these past couple of days I am not hungry and when I do eat I eat a little tiny portions and feel full straight away which is weird but good, but I still feel like I have lost nothing. any advice?

I'm 5 days post op, I've lost 10lbs since surgery . 40lbs total and dont feel less heavy. But people around me have been noticing. Keep up the great work! Also meal prep your post op meals! ( you WILL NOT feel like making ANYTHING!)

Hi. I'm sure that if you are following your plan then you will be just fine.
Once you have your surgery the weight will fall off and you will soon see a big difference on your scales :-)

If that is the pre op diet your medical team gave to you, you will be fine.
Just stick to that.
I was not allowed to eat anything but protein shakes, but sometimes veggies and broths are okay too.
Usually very low carb, the only purpose for the pre op diet is to shrink the liver.
That makes it easier for the surgeon to perform the operation.
The smaller the liver, the easier it is to get to the stomach.

Ohh you've lost weight eating that for a week. Make sure you keep it up and get your water in and take your vitamins. What is probably causing your "I'm not losing weight" is you equate hunger with losing weight and you haven't been feeling hungry. That's the result of the protein shakes satiating you more than you think they should.
