I am on my pre-op diet at the moment I'm a week in and 2 weeks to go and I feel like I haven't lost anything? I can't even weigh myself as the scale I have does not ready above 130kg.
my meal plan everyday consists of:
Breakfast: Protein Shake
Snack: Carrots
Lunch: Chicken Broth or carrots + Hmmous
Snack: Celery
dinner: Protien Shake
I notice these past couple of days I am not hungry and when I do eat I eat a little tiny portions and feel full straight away which is weird but good, but I still feel like I have lost nothing. any advice?
