I cooked up the black bean pasta last night. I was able to purchase exactly the same brand as you. It was great. I love that there is something that is a really good substitute for pasta. The protein and fibre content are great and the carbs are not too bad. I had mine with prawns in a white wine, lemon, and garlic sauce. (The white wine was minimal and the alcohol burnt off in the cooking) It was delicious. My partner loved it too - which is always a bonus ;-)
I'm looking forward to trying out some different ideas....and the different types - edamame and chick pea.
The attached photo (I hope) is my serving. It is on a small side plate, which is what I eat off all the time.
