Well it been 4yrs. 8mos till I had my gastric sleeve, it has been a remarkable journey. I went to 200lbs to 97lbs. Didn’t like looking like a skeleton. So I went to 105 to 110lbs I am happy and fell great.. I wear size 0 to2 . I see some of my sleeve friend and their have gain their weight back and more it a shame that they went thru the surgery and continue to eat like they didn’t have surgery. I eat 3 bites try to push that 4 bite and I get sick and start hurting. My sister took me to eat out the other day had told her I ONLY eat about 3 or 4 bits she didn’t believe me.. So we order I got chicken and dressing I ate 4bites started hurting so I ask for to go box. And my sis ask was that all I was eating and I said yes. She didn’t like that I was taking it home and not eating the rest of it. I told her I was full.. She inform me she will got take me out to eat anymore unless I paid..hahahah

Super-dooper congratulations and well-done!

And you still have amazing restriction! That's extraordinary to have that much at where you are at.

I'm 3 1/2 years post-op, and I am sitting on goal weight

. I am very careful with what I eat, and how much.

Well done. You have obviously made the most of your tool and are continuing to do so.
I have no qualms about taking home leftovers or leaving them on the plate if that isn't really an option. The small amounts I eat are just my new normal now. :-)

I am new. I had my surgery 7 years ago. Are you still weighing your food? Can you give me an example of your daily intake? I only list 43 and goal was 100. I still don’t eat a whole lot and haven’t gained but 10 pounds. I just want to get back on track. Any info would be appreciated.

Great job on finding a weight that works for you! I ask for the "to go" box up front, and off load most of it. I usually have one more meal from the leftovers, and my husband has a normal meal from it. So per # of meals cost doesn't make me feel like I have to pay!

You are doing wonderfully and I appreciate the inspriation this morning..
