I was extremely excited and also very nervous, and so happy I made this decision.

It's been 19 days for me. I've been off Blood Pressure meds for 10+ days and my wife told me this morning I sleep so much quieter now - no heavy breathing. Sounds like my sleep apnea is likely a thing of the past too!

You too will NOT regret this decision at all!

Totally normal to be nervous and excited. I am almost 5 years out, and still find it hard to believe I am actually at a normal weight, like I have to pinch myself or something. It's life changing! Best of luck to you.

Welcome Debb. I hope you are recovering well from your surgery. Just remember week 1 is the hardest. It does get a little easier each day. Hang in there.
