Waiting on my driver Tony! Landed in San Diego...nervous but excited!
Congratulations Kay,Today and tomorrow are the hardest. It will get better! Your in great hands both at the hospital and at the hotel. I hope your surgery went well. Tomorrow when you return to the hotel they will give you an IV that has great meds that will help. One of the best tools that you have available is your legs : ) It’s important to walk frequently. It will help you feel better the fastest. When I was in the hospital I took 1-2 laps every hour when I was awake or every time I used the bathroom. The day I got discharge I walked frequently and on day 2 I walked all around the area and even went shopping. If you have any questions I’m happy to anwser. Your in for an amazing ride. 69F0CDB5-8A69-483E-97B8-D29001B17EA3.jpeg259FA7A5-47FC-439C-91A2-1B2FE190D31F.jpeg C35792EE-A90C-456C-80F2-279CDC02280A.jpeg Get ready to start living your Dreams!
