It's better to be on some medication and be well than to take none and risk complications.
At your much, much lower weight now you will be so much healthier all round :-)
Completely agree. I still take my BP at home regularly. For now, I'm in complete agreement I need to take meds. My doc allows me to alter the meds if it dips low. (if I do, I send him an email with my readings and let him know)
I'm taking vitamins every morning anyway, so at least i never forget to take my meds!
At least you know you should stop looking at the scale! Have a family member hide it. Don't worry about the pound, be proud of how well you are doing!
The weight gain/loss doesn't always make sense, so quit stressing about it! Your weight will always fluctuate a little. No rhyme or reason to it..
I think that NSV make more of an impression than loosing the actual weight.
I remember that a couple of months I walked up a hill, without realizing what a miracle that actually was.
Suddenly I stopped and noticed how easy it was for me to do that.
I still feel that amazement and the gratitude I felt.
Priceless... I hope that feeling never fades.
I love your new ring btw!
Glenn, big congrats on ALL your continuing NSVs. Your new wedding ring gem is beautiful!
A new body AND new jewelry. Love it!
