I'm looking for ultra high protein puree ideas. (That don't taste like crap) :-)
I'm not on puree foods yet, but I know what my first meal will be already.
Pureed chicken mixed with fat free refried beans and a little bit of fat free cheese on top. Maybe mix in a bit of chicken broth if needed for consistency.
It (to me anyway) actually sounds good too.
I was thinking about this and pureed beef or chicken just sounds gross, but mixing with the refried beans makes it sound much better.
Just don't try baby food. Huge mistake!
