I am 28 days post gastric sleeve and I haven't lost anything for almost 2 weeks. Is it a stall already. I'm eating soft food and trying to get my water in. I know I'm not getting enough calories but I'm so full. I'm walking every day. It is so frustrating but I do feel better, just tired.

You have hit the dreaded "3 week stall." It happens to just about everyone. Just keep doing what you're doing and the scale will move again soon.

I hit mine early as well. I was devastated but went on to surpass all my expectations!! Hang in there.

Yep, sounds like the 3 week stall. Frustrating but normal. Just stick to the programme and all will be well. :-)

It's so frustrating, and makes no sense, but happens to almost all of us. If it really bothers you I'd suggest having a family member hide your scale. Just keep doing what you are doing and you'll be fine. Promise.
