Need help with protein powder, tasteless.

I can't stand protein drinks any more. Is there a powdered tasteless protein powder that can be mixed with foods or liquids?

Yes, I use Isopure Whey Protein Unflavored. It has no taste at all. I have mixed it in coffee, broth, yogurt etc. and it does not change the taste of whatever I have mixed it in.

It makes me sad when people say this. You HAVE to get your protein and fluids in, or your body won't heal. Your energy won't return. You could end up back in the hospital with dehydration. Just do it! Good luck.

I found an unflavoured protein that I like and it is called Naked Nutrition. I get the Naked Whey (they also have naked pea, naked casein, egg white powder etc...) and there are different flavours as well (I also like the vanilla and strawberry). There is 25 g of protein, 2 g of Fat, Total Carb is 8 g (5 g of sugars) has vitamin A, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium etc.... in each serving and that is 150 calories. Their website offers sample packs for purchase. They have recipes on their website as well. I also get their collagen and add it to my shakes. There are plenty of different brands out there. You might be able to order samples till you find one you like.

I use biPro unflavored whey isolate. Not only is it unflavored, there is not a bunch of chemicals and preservatives.
biPro unflavored only has 2 ingredients, whey protein isolate and sunflower lecithin as a natural preservative. 80 calories, 0 sugar, 0 fat, 0 carbs

In the beginning I could not stand the sweet of protein shakes. My taste buds were all over the place. The shakes I liked pre op made me gag from the sweetness. So I drank Fairlife milk with espresso and Splenda. Or creamed soups made with Fairlife milk.
