Post-op Liquid Diet Results?

Hey all!

I'm currently day 5 post-op! I had a question regarding the progress you've all made during this phase. So far I've lost 10 pounds and that number seems absolutely crazy to me, but it also sparked my curiosity to see how you all did the first week! yay!

That's awesome losing 10 pounds the first week! I only lost 5, but still a loss. I had been on a really strict diet since last August (lost a 65 pounds) so my body is used to the the very low calorie restriction. I would be excited to lose 30 by the end of the year! Great job again!

Hi, I had my surgery Monday and just weighed in at 10 pounds lighter, also. I am glad that you are doing well. It is good not to feel alone in this journey.

That's fantastic! I had my surgery a week ago yesterday. I'm down about 15 since the surgery while doing my liquid diet. I'm so happy you are seeing such great results already!
