Default TV Dinners - Lean Cuisine, Smart ones, Health Choice

    Hello,

I'm not a cook and getting tired of sliced chicken breast with green stuff, Fish also.

I wonder if any of the Lean tv dinners are acceptable on this journey.

    Thanks as always

I've used them a LOT. But I certainly paid attention to the macronutrients, including the sodium.

The ones I think are most nutritious are the Healthy Choice power bowls. My two personal faves are the Korean and Cuban inspired bowls.

    Food is food is food.

I have a lean cuisine about every day. I usually split it with my husband because I can’t eat a whole one. I put the ones with the most protein. It was about 10 weeks before I could eat one tho.

I have eaten a few of the Atkins frozen meals - they are always 2 servings for me and full of protein.

I've looked at some - and been tempted - but for my LCHF WOE, are too high in carbs for me.

As long as you get the high protein ones. I did them with no issues. Not all the time but when I wanted a change or was in a hurry.
