Having a really hard time getting my liquids in. I know it gets better every day right?!

I had surgery the same day as you. ��. I got all of my protein in yesterday but came up a little short on the liquids as well. Today I am having about 2 oz every 15 minutes which is getting easier. Just keep working at it. Thankfully I am not hungry at all, especially since I’ll be on liquids for a total of 4 weeks. I wish nothing but the best for you on this new journey. I’m on the same one.

It does get better every day! And go with the mantra "Just keep sipping."

It will get easier as the days progress. Just make your best effort to drink as much as you can as it is important. I think the easiest way is keep a small amount in a small glass and just sip every 10-15 minutes even if you don't feel like it. Soon it will start going down with ease and you will feel much better. Keep your head up and soon you will feel very proud of yourself.

Hey there. Hopefully you are feeling better now. It does continue to get better. You will still have some occasional discomfort a few months out but nothing like week 1. Hang in there.
