Hi Everyone:
It’s almost here. Surgery in 5 days. Nervous, expectant, did I mention nervous?

Hi Kitt, I just had my surgery 3 days ago and it was t bad at all. I was so nervous as it was my first surgery ever. I’m just trying to work out the gas and getting the protein in. But it’s way better than I expected it to be. No need to worry it will turn out just fine. It’s exciting. I know you shouldn’t weigh yourself so soon but I’m already down two lbs.

Completely natural to feel nervous. Try and go into the surgery as relaxed as possible with a positive attitude. Follow your surgeons instructions and all will be fine. Good luck to you :-)
