So I have been at a complete stall for about a month now at 165 lbs. I have about 20 - 25 more pounds to lose to be at my goal weight.
Here's what I am currently doing:
-Working out at least 4 days a week (Jogging, Orange Theory, Boxing)
-Eating about 1200 calories a day with still the focus of protein but occasionally snacking on multi-grain pretzels
-Drinking some wine again (usually about 1-2 glasses about 4 times a week)
Here's what I am not doing:
- I don't drink any carbonated beverages
- I don't eat any fatty foods or red meat
I still can only eat small amounts at a time but I do eat often. I try not to eat after 7 pm but that doesn't always work depending on my schedule.
I have read on here some people talk about resets so I am just looking for advice on some ideas to lose the last bit of weight I have to lose. I do know I can probably cut down on the wine but it does taste good again (for awhile it just gave me heartburn).
