How did your feet change during weight loss process? At how many pounds lost did you start to see some changes?
Yes. But I found these the sock things that helped
My shoe size went from 9 M to 8.5 M I had to give away a lot of shoes but I am now able to wear shoes in my closet that I never thought I would fit again. I do not recall exactly when my shoe size decreased. I just noticed my shoes flopping on my feet one day and knew it was time to switch back to 8.5.
My feet narrowed and went down a half size.
I’m about 5 1/2 months post op two pounds shy of 70 lbs gone. I normally would wear 8.5 for comfort but was a true 8. I purchase a pair of MK loafers the 8.5 was too big, had to go with an 8, and now they are a little big. Before all the weight gain I were a size 7. Therefore, when I reach my Anniversary surgery date, I wonder what shoe size I will be?
Yes, my feet got smaller. I guess all that weight smushed them down to a bigger size.
I had to get new dress boots too, as I used to wear "wide calf" and they started falling down my legs.
I think the only things I have left from my fat days are socks, scarfs, hats and mittens! Oh and my skis and ski boots!
