I wanted to introduce myself and to tell my story of my experience with the gastric sleeve surgery.I could not have had a better experience. I had virtually no pain, only a bit of nausea. I think the worst part of it all was that darn IV! I did not like that. I am still on a liquid diet and looking forward to the semiliquid part!
I am glad to be a part of this.

Glad to hear you are doing so well, remember you had major surgery and let yourself heal even if you feel like you can do more than the doc says!

CFIDS =Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) Also dx with post-bariatric reactive hypoglycemia; and chronic gastritis (both sleeve complications). Permanently disabled.
Start weight 335, down to 218, up during gastritis. Have accepted there is no way to lose it with my hypoglycemia. Current weight 260. Currently doing 10 day sleeve reset and determined to get back down to my post surgical weight or close to it.

i didn't like the iv either or the drain removal. but all is well now...glad to have it done & now i am looking toward the fix up next year
