Default Finally headed back in the right direction!

I haven't been online for a couple of days but I'm still going steady. I didn't let those 2.5lbs get me down. The feedback on this site kept me motivated.
I stopped working out for a few days (haven't since Sunday) and ate more this week. I even had 2 snickers minis and 2 twix minis yesterday. Well, it worked. I was down half a pound yesterday and again today. So, as I suspected, I was working out too much and not eating enough. I haven't gone over 1200 calories. I'm having a hard time getting to even 900 because I'm simply not hungry which is a very good thing. I put in 2 protein shakes a day to get those calories up. That's what I used to do and now I remember why.
So, I am staying motivated and finally headed back in the right direction. I'm going to continue taking it easy on the working out so I don't burn out and can keep losing.
Thanks for keeping me motivated, peeps!

You are doing AWSOME ! I was wondering do you find you still have a stomach restriction or that it came back when you lowered your calories?

You are doing great and I learn so much from you.
    I love your commitment!
English is not my first language anymore, so I may and do make mistakes in my spelling, or say things oddly. Please ask me, if you want any clarifications.

Yes, I've always had my restriction ever since I had surgery. It's never gone away. I can only eat about 3-4 oz of meat and very little veggies. That's why it's so hard for me to get in more than 800-850 calories a day. I can only go above that if I add shakes.
