6 Months later and doing ok

I had my Sleeve surgery on January 10. So far so good. I've had one bad experience with stomach issues, but not so much since then. I'm taking it slow -or at least I think I"m taking it slow.

At my highest weight, I was 307. At my most recent doctor's visit I was 235. I'm happy. I want to lose more and I could exercise more. My goal was to not go overboard and lose a lot so fast that I have a melt down and start eating a bunch of junk.

I need to visit this sight regularly.

Welcome! I would recommend starting to walk, it's the easiest exercise. Start slow and build up your distance over time. (Like if you haven't been walking, don't go out and try to go three miles, you'll hurt!) Baby steps.

Keep up the great work and you will lose all your weight!
