Thanks Carla, and you are so correct. Although I just joined I have been visiting this site for awhile now and the amount of knowledge available is amazing. As for my sleeve I had that done on 7-17-18 and considering everything I have to say I feel really good, actually thought it would be a lot worse.
Guess I’m one of the lucky ones, at least so far anyway. Again thank you for the kind wishes and I hope to be able to share great news with new friends as this journey continues.
Mike thanks for the words of welcome. Look forward to any advice you may have.

Oh Wow !
You are sleeved !
Brilliant - Well here you go.
I am really pleased for you.
Glad all seems to be smooth so far.
Keep a journal on what you are doing .
Weight , medication, walk, nap, what you consumed at what time.
I have a little clear toilet bag that I bought in Boots (chemist in the UK) I keep everything in it and its all together and I spend the time I need through the day to feel utterly on it if you know what I mean.
I don't go back and look at it - I use it to free my head up of what I have done for the day.
It makes for peace of mind.
Then there is no uncertainty of did I do this right or did i forget or am I fooling myself.
Makes me feel liberated.
Good Luck My lovely !
