not losing weight anymore :(

Hi everyone,

I did my surgery on 20/12/2018 and so far lost 60kgs; was 175kgs now 115kgs. but since 3 weeks I stopped loosing weight, is this normal ? will I loose more weight again ?

This may happen when you get closer towards your goal weight. Just keep going and you will do fine. How is your eating?

My doctor told me this is totally fine. Body enters protection for a while when u lost too much weight. It will be fine in time don't worry

Hi, exactly the same problem here. I've lost every week since my surgery on 12/2/18.... until the last 3 weeks - when I've stayed the same.

I know it's to be expected- but it ain't half disheartening. I've 21lbs to go to goal and I want it gone!

I vowed to weigh monthly rather than weekly - but I'm a scales addict... I can't do it!

Yes. After a while weight slows down and you can also hit stalls. Just keep following the rules. Also, for me, when I stalled it was usually time for me to increase my calories.
