Hello, 14 Days Passed

Hello,
My name is Özgür,23 years old, 14 days passed since sleeved. I was 321 lbs at 28.06.2018 05:00 AM when i was sweating before surgery Now i'm 293 lbs. I think i fed myself well. Some nights if i wasn't tired, i walked outside at slow pace like 20-30 minutes. Only problem i had with my body is constipation(i think because of "ferrosanol" d vitamin etc.) It feels good reading success stories. I have an appointment with doctor next day. I'm too excited because i will start to puree for 2 weeks. I hope everyone doing okay. I can share what i ate(actually drink ) for 14 days. Feel free to ask. Have a good day

Welcome Ozgur! You are doing great!! I had terrible constipation for about 10 months and then it got somewhat better but not perfect. Then about a month ago I started on high potency magnesium 400 mg soft gel and I have been regular. The first 10 months I had to use suppositories, stool softeners, and enemas. It was terrible. Most people have it for a short time, though, so hopefully yours will pass too. Good luck!
