Post Op Day 6

Hello!

I'm 6 days post op and feeling pretty good. I find that I can tolerate hot and very cold full 8oz of broth in about 10 min and I can also tolerate about 8 oz ice cold water in about 10 mins with out discomfort. This surprised me because I had bad nausea and vomiting for 2 days after surgery. I started substituting protein shakes for 1-2 meals for 2 weeks then went full liquid 2 weeks pre op, clear liquids for 2 days pre op. I don't have a goal weight yet still deciding...
