Thank you everyone for your answers. I started this question because I have always been a Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner person and could not figure out how to do the 6 times a day food. I eat Breakfast and rush off to whatever I have to do and that takes hours. So yes I can pack my bag of Almonds and thin cheese and be on my way.
Hey, I started the pureed stage today.... ground up chicken is not so bad!
