Default Protein Shakes - Electric Blender

    Good Morning,

I'm in the protein stage now. I find myself wondering about something. I purchased an electric shake mixer and that is what I have been using to blend my shakes, Works Great. But it seems that my shakes have tiny bubbles in them, I did not give it much thought until today and wondered if those little bubbles might hurt my sleeve?

It's too late for me since I have been doing it for over a week... but what do ya'll think?

A little bit of air won't hurt your sleeve.
You probable don't drink a lot in one gulp, but still take tiny sips.
    Don't worry.
it is nothing like carbonated beverages, they have a lot more air.
English is not my first language anymore, so I may and do make mistakes in my spelling, or say things oddly. Please ask me, if you want any clarifications.

You could tap the glass on the counter a few times before drinking to try to release some of the bubbles. And definitely sip it, don't slam it.

Nope. Those little bubbles won't hurt your sleeve. Some surgeons say no straws because it can cause air and give you hiccups but won't hurt your sleeve. I drank from a straw from day one and had no issues with air whatsoever.
