Tonight for the first time in about 10 years I did a class at the gym and it was 20 years since my last step class. It was the first time that i didn't feel self conscious about what i looked like and I wasn't the biggest in the class. 5 months ago, i would not have done a class and definitely not done one in the early evening as I would have had no energy. I always exercise in the morning as that is when I feel most awake, however now that my life isn't revolving around food and I am eating very little, I am finding I have more energy and feel better. I came home from the gym and really wasn't hungry at all, but felt as it was quite late I should have something to eat, so I had a little. I have also booked my session with the Personal trainer and will be working with him to build muscle and strength and hopefully it will help with the amount of excess skin. I am feeling motivated!
