Still trying to grasp the size change -- I never felt "big", since it was a later life thing. And sometimes I feel "bigger" now that I'm not. I have never lived in my body -- live in my head/heart. So appreciate your comment.

We lived in Tigard/Gresham/Beaverton and my oldest girl was born in Portland.

Christie, I saw your weight and wow! How tall are you? I'm a bit concerned about me dropping under 120 (I know charts say its an ok BMI at 5'4 -- but then again, I was 5 5 1/2 before I got osteopenia). While i still have "pouch" in the stomach area (4 C-secs + 2 abdominal surgeries), I feel pretty sure its skin with minimal fat and I have "odd" (that is, I never new I had them) bones in shoulders, clavical, etc.

Are you feeling well at that weight? Curious about calories. I know Ann2 is able to maintain and still have slight loss at a high level of calories (primarily protein). Just being a nosey parker here!

Actually, Annie, for the record I really DON'T eat "primarily protein." I do average around 100 grams of protein a day. But with my typical 1600-1800 calories a day that leaves a lot of room for carbs and fats. And I do enjoy my carbs and fats. By carbs, of course, I mean ALL kinds of carbs, like my daily eight servings of veggies and fruits, my whole grains, and occasional carby treats. But those carby treats are not a daily food group.

Just tryin' to keep it real.

Love the real! 100 grams of protein for me is still primary but as you wisely pointed out, my calories are still way less than yours as at my 10 months out!

My carb treat is skinny girl popcorn in small amounts. And about every 3 months a glass of wine. Thanks for clarifying
