I had my surgery 88 days ago. I lost 30 pounds in 37 days. I think that was fabulous. Then for 3 weeks, I didn't eat/drink enough protein and didn't lose any weight. So, I figured out to drink one protein shake a day and eat 6 oz. of protein. Now, its been over a month and I haven't lost any weight. I actually gained 2 pounds. I take 20 mins. to eat and stop eating when I feel full. Sometimes, I only eat 1 oz. of protein, then snack on the other oz. of protein a couple hours later. What am I doing wrong? Any suggestions or advice would be great. Thanks, Kim
