Yayyy! Looks like I've reached my goal weight 7 months later. It took me by surprise as I had been bobbing around the 61 kilos for a bit. I did want to reach 60kg though so I am really jolly pleased! I think that's 132 pounds for you folk over in the US. I have a big smile on my face. Thanks for all the support you bunch of lovely possums xxx

Stacey, Well done,you have achieved an amazing result in such a short time. You are my inspiration, but I can't see me getting to goal i such a short time. did you ever stall with your weight loss? Once again, well done you are amazing! x

Oh thanks Ellie, I did have 3 weeks in December I said about the same and then again in march, and I had the odd weeks when I lost only 400g or something but to be honest I just tried not to stress about it because I don't think it matters how long it takes, I know that it happens. I remember when I was around your stage my weight loss slowing a little bit and the anxious feeling of ' will it work?'
It will. You are going to do amazing. Don't worry about time, just enjoy it xx
