Hello,
Im preparing for sleeve surgery on the 20th of June. I'm a 34 year old momma of 2 toddlers. My husband and I work our 100 acre farm and custom farm absentee land owners on their farms in central Texas. By day I am an insurance agent specializing in Agriculture.

First and foremost, congratulations on your surgery date! It is an exciting time as said date fast approaches. I can look back on my pre-surgery moments and recall some of the trials and tribulations that were faced, but it was in knowing that I would soon be on the other side and working toward a much needed and improved me that excited me more than anything.
I wish you much success as you continue on your weight loss journey. The best is yet to come!

I am a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist but I have never practiced in the areas of bariatrics or weight loss. I am happy to offer ideas or tips, but please follow your own Nutritionist's advice - she is the expert in the area.
