My Hair is coming back!!!

Just in time to avoid wigs during the heat & humidity of NC!

That's great! Did you lose your hair due to the gastric surgery? That's one of my concerns, since I've already been having issues with hair falling out. I do take vitamins & Biotin. Thanks.

Well yes, but that said, I had to have a second procedure the same day, with 2 units of blood, so a bit more stress. And I had a very very hard time finding vitamins I could keep down, so missed those. However, I'm 65 (66 next week) and my hair was a bit thinner to start. Many folks have no issues at all.

And be sure to hit your protein goals as well!
