    Default Food poisining ugh!

Well at around my seventh month post surgery I was stalled at between 212-214. My goal was 210. On Monday morning I woke up very sick with food poisoning. I identified the culprit as some leftover chicken my wife brought back from a restaurant a couple days prior. For three day I could not get very far from the bathroom. Everything I ate or drank went thru me like a freight train. I tried to keep hydrated as best I could. I actually threw up for the first time since having a sleeve surgery. Not fun but much less volume and just liquid. Finally today ,Thursday, I am finally back to normal and can eat, drink and not use the toilet. Energy is back up and feel about 90%.

Remember I said I stalled at 212-214? Today I was 203.5. I actually am in a position I need to gain back some weight. Smashed my goal weight but not much fun.

Ouch. Does not sound fun at all. Glad you are over it. Ironically, I remember being thrilled if I ever got sick and lost weight.

But when you get sick and lose weight it comes back the minute you can eat and drink again.
