This is a lovely photo, I can totally see why you say you are happy to be back in the woods, Magical!
You look Fantastic and so toned those arms!!!!
How did you manage that - Mine are now starting to look wrinkly its only 9 weeks since my surgery so I am very interested in how you have achieved this.
Beautiful lady.
Thanks for all the nice things you said! Exercise does help tone everything up, even though I hate the gym (shouldn't say hate, just not my preference!) I do go there for body pump twice a week. And today I'm getting my bike out for the first time since winter. I just try to be active. That being said, I still have some saggy skin on my arms, legs and tummy. No one sees the tummy, but the arms and legs come out for summertime. Plus now that my legs aren't covered with fat I see many more veins. So my body is much improved but far from perfect, but I can handle that.
You are Welcome !
I now feel inspired by you.
I felt so tired for the first 6 weeks ... so Now I have taken note of what you said about Protein recently. I have corrected that and you are right !
I want to Thank You for that - that piece of advice has turned my energy around so its time to start being active.
I really was not paying attention to the Protein powder that I had began with - Now Its a must everyday!!!
I feel more energy and with less weight to carry around I am nowready to start exercising.
So Here we go. I am going to start with swimming and some weight training with dumbells for my arms.
Thank You !
