1 Week After

Wow, I can’t believe it’s been a week already since I had my surgery. I can’t get over how good I feel, I feel great so far! One big mistake I did make was that I have no idea what my weight was day of surgery. But from Wed 4/25 till now I’m over 13lbs down. I can’t believe it. And the best part is I haven’t gone hungry this week. I’m allowed 3 shakes a day and my liquids and it hasn’t been as bad as I thought it would be. I wish I could say I was walking a little bit more, but I’m trying to do as much as my hips will tolerate at this point. I know that will improve with time, as I continue to lose. So far so good, I have zero regrets and I definitely recommend the surgery to anyone who is considering it. It will definitely be a life changer.

Walking will come easier in the coming weeks. The first week was tough on me and I didn't really find my energy until week 2 or so.
