I think I am going to copy your post for my 18 month update! I'm actually serious. Except for the skirt chaffing part..........

You really hit the ball out of the park with your adventure! I agree with your post on so may levels, exercise (so key in this journey), weighing daily (I also have a 5lbs rule), hydration, protein, and really important, making sure you come first!

I love reading your posts and as someone who is one year out... I agree with you 100%. You've done great!
also, I too am LOVING my instant pot! lol... Look for a recipe for deconstructed egg rolls. They are SO GOOD, and it's basically ground pork (or turkey), and cabbage.

I haven't been on here for while, I've been so busy with my new life and I've only lost just over 2.5 stone. I'm 11 weeks out and I'm loving life. I'm going to the gym and swimming, I'm doing a 5k pretty muddy run in July. I have so much more energy so God knows what I'll be like when I've lost all my weight. I'm going out for meals and usually opt for a starter and salad and I don't normally finish that.
I had to buy some clothes as the weather has heated up and I literally had nothing to wear that didn't swamp me. I bought a skirt that is a UK size 12, I was ecstatic, I haven't been a 12 since I got married 29 years ago. I'm going to Portugal in June so I want to get into size 12 top by then as I am bigger on the top. I'm loving all the compliments and I am inspiring my friend to lose weight she has gone from a uk size 26 to a 22 and is looking to have the sleeve next year.
Reading people's stories really inspires me even more so keep them coming.
