My journey began on Jan 04 (gastric sleeve) starting weight of 321 as of April 19 I am down 50 pounds and weigh in at 271 as of this morning. WOW! I feel great as I continue my journey of reaching my goal weight of 225 pounds. I highly recommend the HIIT training it will help melt of those pounds. I am still have restriction but I stick to the diet plan and get my necessary exercise in. Its about eating right and moving! After three months I still have no taste for food and I found myself eating out of necessity. As they say, I eat to live and not live to eat!

You will eventually get your appetite back. It takes a while but it will come back. Exercise is the best way to keep the weight off. And weighing yourself daily. Congrats on all your success.
