6 Month Post-Op Doctor Visit

Hooray for the VGS!

My six month post op visit with Dr. Heider was great. My weight was 128, which he said was fine, but said what so many of you have said, let it settle on its own.

I've lost 72 lbs, 65 inches, and the Fit3D scan showed it was fat, not muscle! So that was great news. All my 6 month labs were perfect. All 7 of my "ologists" are tickled to death with the changes.

I've bumped my calorie tracker up to 1100 calories -- with 110 grams protein. It's my "don't go over" not my half to hit. So we'll see.
