Truly unbelievable! Can't get over how much I've lost. I found some old pictures from years ago and was shocked to see how big I looked back then. I couldn't see it then, but I do now!

So fantastic Glenn, you are such an inspiration for people. How great was it that you made that decision then embraced it so completely with your running. I think you are a legend and I know you have had stress to deal with and you cope with it in such a healthy way now. A great example. You are not going to be coming through the emergency room with crushing sternal chest pain... but you might have been before. I think its really important that you are on here and show an example to guys of your age group about health and changing their lives around. Far too many men lost too early from lifestyle diseases associated with obesity. Onya Glenn :-)
