Stacey,
Your smile says it all! Looking good!
Blessings!

I'm going good Edie. Still working out how to deal with stalls and the relationship between stalls and eating (haven't come up with the answer yet ! ) but the scale number is still falling so I'm happy. Was hoping the weight loss would help my hip pain and walking in Tassie seems to have flared something up so back to the specialist. I am looking forward to being able to exercise (keeping that my my sleeve! hahah), they tell me swimming is best but haven't seem to be able to work into my schedule (yet)...
PS we had heaps of Tassie scallops and oysters, was thinking of you
Good for you!
We have left Morocco (with pain in my heart) and are going to Benidorm, Spain today.
I am due for my bloodwork tomorrow and the follow up appointments with my surgeon and endocrinologist are end of this month.
After that we are going back to the Netherlands to visit friends and family.
That will be fun too!
I lolled out loud at that Dale! I don't know if I could ever see myself as tiny!!! Its funny because sometimes I still feel large, I used to scoff at people who said that and thought ' don't be ridiculous' but it does seem that it takes the brain a while to catch up. I do notice it at the gym though because we often do pics after class and now I do look small compared to everyone but I have to have that comparison. Its a funny old thing the mind and the body. But I feel very fit and healthy so thats the important bit!! Keep going my lovely friend, you are doing so well xx
Oh bugger about the hip! yea it takes a while to work it all out doesn't it? And OMG Tassie seafood is the best... I had the most wonderful fish stew in Hobart once and announced it was as good as the stews I used to eat in Portugal which are so hard to beat! I am jealous!!!! Tassie scallops. OMG!!!!!!
