    Default Avoiding Dehydration

Hi all!! It's been a very long time since I have been active on this group and I am finally, mentally, to have surgery. I am concerned, however, with keeping well hydrated post surgery. I work from home in a virtual call center. I don't control when I get calls, I am always in the queue when I am in available status. I work 8 hours a day. Suggestions on keeping hydrated?

Hi, You just need to sip...sip ...sip all day except for when eating and a half hour after. Even take a few sips when you wake up at night and you should be fine. Wishing you well!

    Blessings!

I try to drink a large glass of water first thing when I wake up. Then I carry a water bottle with me and sip at every stop light as I'm driving. The key is to have water with you at all times so you can take a sip here and there. I can't imagine anyone having a problem with you taking a sip before you answer each call. It really is amazing how much you drink if you keep sipping all day.

Yup. Keep fluids with you at all time and keep sipping. I worked in a call center, too. A very busy one. I would just mute myself to sip when I needed to. You can do it. I did and had no issues staying hydrated.

I'm not a huge water lover but doing more than ever. The sugar free popsicles I believe are my saving grace! Good luck
