Although I am just starting out and most likely about 6 months out from a surgery date. I cant help but to get excited. I have looked at the before and after pictures and I cannot wait for my picture to be on there.

I am teaching myself in this time before my actual surgery the discipline that is going to be need for this journey....I am up for the challenge.

I felt the same way once I began all the tests and appointments leading up to surgery! The pictures really blew me away. Make sure you take pictures!!!!

You SHOULD be excited! The sleeve is a miracle in my book. Obese to normal sized in about 9 months - priceless!!

I never "practiced" beforehand. After surgery you just won't be able to eat much at all, it's that simple. Unless you want to diet now, go for it, but who likes to diet?

It is the longest 6 months because you are so ready to have the surgery and it seems to take forever. Then you have surgery and time flies. It is the best thing in the world.
