Just when I thought I have entered the maintenance phase! Got on the scale this morning and I lost another pound and a half! Well I'll keep doing what I'm doing and let my crazy body settles when it is ready. Have a great day everyone!

I went 3 months at 194 and then all of a sudden, losing again...... Actually adjusting my diet to try to stop losing......

Thanks! Funny thing is I actually increased my calories. I know I don't want to lose anymore than 5 pounds because I am small as it is. Guess I will try more calories lol!

I actually think my loss was also when I increased calories...... Funny how it works......

I think you're right Edie. Just hard to know when to stop losing weight....never thought those words would ever come out of my mouth! Loving the journey.

Oh, yeah! Been there. Didn't hate it.

I thought I was through when I hit 150 pounds.

And then over the next 9 months very slowly lost another 15 pounds. Where I stayed for 1.5 years ... until I started eating more fruits and veggies (8/day), while eating an "extra" 100 calories/day, and lost another 4 pounds. I've been maintaining here for over 6-7 months.

It continues to be interesting. And I'm convinced that better nutrition is the key to long-term maintenance. For me, at least.

Same. Thought I was at maintenance at 117....then dropped to 113...then to 108 where I seem to have settled. To think I worried if I would even be able to hit goal weight of 120. LOL.
