This makes a lot of sense to me and certainly gives me hope for the years to come!
BS. I''m almost 5 years and haven't regained an ounce. If people want an excuse to regain, they can listen to this guy and say "it's not my fault". Yes I can eat way more than I could after surgery, but I choose not to.
What I found interesting was to see, how much food the sleeve can hold (average) after several months to a couple of years.
I thought that would be much more.
But I don't think he was advocating for weight regain per sé, I thought he also made it clear that the majority of work to prevent that lies with us.
It still is our responsibility what and how much we put into our sleeves.
