It's been 6 years since my sleeve.. Lost weight, gained wejght...my fault..life got in the way. Anyway I now have issues with GERD , a tortuous esophagus and diff swalliweing.. everything I eat or drink just sits there .

Sounds like you have a pretty bad hiatal hernia going on.

But please note I haven't examined you. Nor did I go to medical school.

Seriously - go see a bariatric surgeon and get an endoscopy. That's my advice.

I am seeing one .. Just had endoscopy with ultrasound because the swallow test and ph monitoring showed the sphincter was not opening properly ..I do have a 2cm hiatal hernia and magically... gall stones it seems ..seeing GI Tuesday to discuss next step.

Yikes. Hopefully you get some relief. I have heard that when people have severe GERD that far post op they usually convert them to a bypass. Good luck.

Yes good luck, I've heard convert to bypass too. Hope it all gets sorted and you cn get back on track :-)
